With a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University and a Master's in Sustainable Real Estate Development from New York University Patrick is highly qualified when it comes to real estate.

In 2013 when Patrick DeLeonibus got his start in real estate there was a lack of ingenuity and marketing creativity in the Annapolis real estate market where he was born and raised. Patrick decided to move closer to D.C. and learn from the industry leaders on how to properly approach the void.
